Last month I had the privilege to take part in Seller Lab’s Resonate Conference.
It is always so refreshing to be surrounded by like minded individuals. While everyone that I met had their own stories, experiences and goals, we all had the same thing in common; the passion and drive to create something amazing.
Each time I take part in these events, I am constantly reminded of the passion and drive individuals possess. Everyone in attendance had found a way to leverage Amazon to create an opportunity, an income, a business, and so much more.
Time and time again I come across individuals that are more than capable of running their own business, they’ve just needed to find an outlet to direct that energy, creativity and passion into. Amazon has become that space for so many.
Why I Love What I Do And Who I Do It With
As both a private label seller and Amazon consultant I get to participate in both sides of the spectrum.
Whether I am consulting for a large or small brand, the key component is always the same. Everything they do is driven by their passion for the brand they have created.
In order to take on a potential client, there are always benchmarks that I look for – pride in the brand, willingness to step out of their comfort zone and take chances to succeed (giveaways, ad budgets, competitive pricing), and a passion for customer service.
I am continuously inspired by individual Amazon sellers determined to create a business for themselves, small companies passionate about what they have created, and brands driven to engineer amazing customer experiences.
When a client is extremely passionate about what they have to offer it becomes an effortless relationship. The excitement generated by what already exists and the endless possibilities for growth is the cornerstone of our business model, turning passion into profit.
It is so refreshing to be around so many like minded individuals. It creates a sense of camaraderie. Whether you are an individual/private seller or a big brand you are part of a community that is passionate about what they do, that is driven to create the best customer experience possible, and is excited about continued growth.
My favorite thing about these events it that you never know who you are going to meet. Maybe it is someone with a similar story. Or perhaps a seller that has already achieved the goal you are striving for. There is always a chance to learn something new, make new friends, establish business contacts, or even just reignite your passion.
We all have friends and family that we go to for support and mentors and coaches that we seek guidance from. I encourage you all to take advantage of these events. You never know who is waiting to connect with you.
